Long Beach Island, lies off the coast of New Jersey, and is easily accessible from the Garden State Parkway via Exit 63 and Rt. 72 East. Driving time from Philadelphia is about 1 1/2 hours, from New York City 2 hours, from Baltimore 3 hours, and from Atlantic City 1 hour.

  • Directions to property: From Garden State Parkway North or South Exit 63, Rt 72 East to the end. Make right onto Long Beach Blvd proceed 7 miles south make left onto Ocean Street.   • Directions from airport: Exit the airport following the signs for I-76 East, toward the Walt Whitman Bridge. Merge onto I-295 toward Trenton. Take the Route 70 E exit toward Marlton (Exit # 34A). Merge onto 70 East – continue through next roundabout and continue on Route 70 East. Enter the next roundabout and continue on Route 72 East to the end. Make right onto Long Beach Blvd proceed 7 miles south make left onto Ocean Street.   • Directions from Newark-Liberty International Airport (96 miles): Exit the airport following the signs for Route 1 & 9 Express lanes South. Merge onto NJ-81 S toward I-95 / NJ TURNPIKE / DOWD AVE / NORTH AVE / ELIZABETH SEAPORT (Portions toll). Take the TURNPIKE SOUTH / I-95 S ramp. Take the Garden State Parkway Exit – Exit 11 – and take the Garden State Parkway South. Continue on the Garden State Parkway and merge onto NJ 72-East via Exit 63. Continue on Route 72 East to the end. Make right onto Long Beach Blvd proceed 7 miles south make left onto Ocean Street.
